Overview:
The lodge is located in the mystical and wild heart of the primary rainforest of Ecuador, off of the Tiguino River. The Tiguino River flows through the Huaorani Territory. The lodge is 90 kilometers southeast from the city of Coca, Ecuador. Together with the Huaorani village Tiguino, the Onhae, they built the Bataburo Lodge. It was built in the style of the indigenous Amazon people, in complete harmony with the surrounding jungle.
The Ecuadorian jungle is a mysterious paradise that provides travelers with the perfect balance of comfort and a sense of adventure. There is a canopy observation tower of approximately 132 feet, where you can experience the jungle from the tree tops.
