About the Captain
- Captain Albacora
Ahoy Matey!
This is Captain Albacora here, you can call me Captain. I hail from the isolated archipelago of the Galapagos. Most people will tell you that being so far away from the mainland will lure any landlubber out to the sea as fast as you can say “The tides are changing”. As for me, I’ve been sailing as long as I can remember.
I know my islands like I know my own hand. I get all my meals straight from the bountiful sea, and I can predict the weather from the shape of the clouds and the speed of the wind. Ask me about the time I was stranded on a little-visited Galapagos island and survived for three weeks on oysters alone!
If you want safe harbor, take advice from this old-expert. I watch the tides and I’m not afraid to speak straight on the facts. I’ll be here at my post, sharing need-to-know information. That’s the good, the bad, and the ugly -although my islands may be the prettiest sight you’ll ever set your eyes on.
