Mindo Tour
Mindo is a small village located about two and a half hours west of Quito.
Mindo is surrounded in a cloud forest and is a very popular area for bird watchers.
The altitude of Mindo ranges from 1390m to 4770m.
There is a preserve in the area of Premontane forest at the foot of Mindo. The preserve is called Bosque Protector Mindo-Nambillo, which is home to an impressive 350 bird species. Mindo-Nambillo is engulfed in incredibly diverse flora and fauna.
