Grace -

 My daughter and I had a wonderful experience in the Galapagos Islands. Here are a few specific comments

 - The transport to and from the airport and resorts was exceptional. They made it so  easy.

- Markus, our guide on Santa Cruz was very good.

- Guide for the first to island trips did not really speak English. My daughter did most of translation. The guide on the 3rd day was excellent.

- Lunches on the boats were excellent

- Royal Palm was very nice, staff was very accommodating; they made me a cake for my birthday.

- There were very few guest at the hotel, the good part was we had great service, bad news it felt kind of lonely.

- I didn't really think through how far away the hotel was from the city. I think I would have preferred to stay in town.

- We didn't get sea sick! I use the wrist bands.

- We should of had arranged a old town tour in Quito.

 I all the trip was great and coordination by you was excellent. Thank you so much for  the dinner on our last night. We loved the restaurant and the food.

Dear Magus,

I want to thank you for arranging a wonderful trip for us in the Galapagos! Everything went as planned with no glitches!

We were met at the airport even though we were late. Our papers were in the hotel as planned, our guides were at the right place at the right time. They were very knowledgeable about their islands, and we learned a lot from them.

The hotels were great, the food was great and our tours were wonderful! We saw and snorkeled with the penguins at Bartholemew. The divers in the family had great dive masters and saw hammerheads, manta rays, swimming iguanas and spotted rays.

These trips, and boats were wonderful. We were on the Santa Fe lll, and they had a sit down lunch, and one day breakfast for all of us!

Both the Finch Bay and Casa Marita had wonderful vegetarian meals for our girls, and even the boat did their best, providing a wonderful omelet for their lunches while we had fresh fish, rice , vegetables and dessert!

Thank you so much for designing a great trip. I would recommend you to anyone!

We want to thank you and your associates for the outstanding coordination and assistance that you provided us on our recent vacation to Ecuador.

We were especially impressed with the quality of the guides in both Quito and the Galapagos. They were courteous, interested, and extremely knowledgeable.

I want to note that in all of our travels we have never experienced the promptness and outstanding coordination of all travel arrangements and reservations that you provided. You should be proud.

As a note, we were extremely pleased with Patio Andaluz and Casa Aliso for our Quito stays. We would highly recommend Casa Aliso as a location for the airport for the single nights between travel segments.

Ferdinadina Hotel exceeded our expectations. Trip Advisor comments were not good and we were pleasantly surprised. Casa Opuntia on San Cristobal was very nice with an outstanding location. Our favorite island was Isabela and were extremely satisfied with Casa Marita.

Hotel Fiesta provided a perfect accommodation and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were very well received. Our tour guides were especially knowledgeable and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed every part of our itinerary.

Acabamos de regresar de Sudamérica donde estuvimos muy contentos. La experiencia en Galapagos fué muy interesante. El hotel es agradable y de acuerdo al lugar cumple con su función, aunque la comida es poco variada. En el tour a Bartolome el recorrido en el mar es largo pero vale la pena. Estuvimos muy contentos. Agradecemos las atenciones de su parte.

He llegado sin novedades, deseo volver lo más pronto posible a las Islas y seguir disfrutando de su encanto en todos sus aspectos. Con respecto al Hotel Lobo de Mar, el servicio ha sido muy cordial y satisfactorio.

Las excursiones a bordo de la lancha Narel, realmente han sido maravillosas, sería óptimo que el tiempo en aquellas donde se desembarca sea un poco más prolongado, de esa manera permitiría tomar más fotografías y estar atento al discurso del guía.

Hi Olga,

We have been back home for several weeks now and I just wanted to let you know how wonderful our trip to Ecuador was. The time we spent in the Galapagos Islands could not have been better! The hostel Mainao was was absolutely charming, we loved it, and the people at Scuba Iguana were so nice and helpful. The boat for our Galapagos cruise, the Beluga was perfect! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Our guide on the boat, named Darwin, was very knowledgable about the islands, the marine life and the wildlife. He really made the trip fun. The time we spent in the cloud forest was also a lot of fun.

Thank you for all your help in making arrangements and for your good suggestions. We all agreed it was the best family vacation we have ever taken!

I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work in making our trip to the Galapagos so great. To arrive in Quito to see our names being held up was a great comfort.and everything from then on went so well. Our Guide the first day was really great, she did a really good job of introducing us the islands and giving us a great deal of information to think about.

The Safari camp was a real suprise. The owners were so congenial When they said "Let's go to your tent" I thought to myself "I'm sleeping in a tent". But what a tent. It was lovely and what a different experience! The chef there is really superb and the meals were all first class. My grandson could not stop hugging me as we went from there to daily snorkeling and explorations. He and I both had the vacation of a lifetime. The Athala 11 was just marvelous, the crew the food and the guide all made it the best ever.

If I am ever coming to your area again, I will definitely call you to book it for me.
