Quito & Otavalo handcrafts market

Quito & Otavalo handcrafts market
Introduction

Situated in the Northern Highlands, this normally peaceful village in the Andes is widely known for its lively Saturday market that has been visited by travelers all over the world. Apart from the market, Otavalo is also impressive because of its captivating landscape of lagoons, lakes and valleys that can be admired during a hiking- or a riding trip. Don't miss the breathtakingly beautiful view over Otavalo and San Pablo lake from the hillsides, a patchwork quilt in all shades of green you can imagine.
