Hotel Silberstein is located on Santa Cruz Island in the center
of Puerto Ayora. Formerly known as the 'Residencial Angermeyer',
it was opened by a German family who came to the islands at
the beginning of the century. This hotel serves not only as
a place to stay, but also as an information center for tourists.
The new German owners have
kept the same traditions, and continue to offer a comfortable
and welcoming environment along with high quality, modern
services. It is an excellent mid-priced hotel with lovely
gardens and a picturesque pool, and also a well-known alternative
