Sebastian:
Thanks so much for your great assistance during the 15 months of our planning for our Galapagos / Amazon adventures. We greatly appreciated your carefully listening to our thoughts and questions, and responding so quickly. We were very happy to provide very positive TripAdvisor feedback regarding our trip and great experience working with you and the team at The Galapagos Travel Center. You were especially helpful in that we required you to redo the itinerary for dates a month later due to conflicts in our personal schedules -- and you skillfully worked it all out.
Your service was outstanding. The Galaxy Orion, and the Amazon rainforest staff were both great choices you provided to us. And the individuals from Isabeell on Santa Cruz, Julio on the Galaxy Orion, Rocco in Quito, and Jose in the Amazon were each special as they worked so hard to serve us.
Isabel deserves special thanks for her efforts. Our flight Quito to Baltra was delayed by 2 ½ hours. This denied our ability to visit the Darwin Research area that afternoon. And she knew that the four of us were to meet up with Will/Andi Shinn for dinner that evening. We planned to have lunch as part of the tour and then go to Darwin Center. She took control of the situation, and called Galapagos Travel Operations to get permission to have our dinner included, vs. lunch. She took the four of us to a restaurant for dinner at 4p. And soon thereafter, she had located Will/Andi, and brought them to the restaurant to meet up with us. And she took us all to Darwin Center on Friday AM. What great service from a naturalist to our group to resolve a situation which was completely out of control of Galapagos Travel and us. WE can only offer huge thanks to her, and you for contracting such a wonderful person to start our Galapagos experiences.
Thanks again for all your assistance to provide us such amazing experiences.
