How to get there
La Selva Amazon Lodge is located about five hours from Quito, the capital city of Ecuador, via a series of flights, canoe trips, and walks.
You will start your journey with a flight from the capital city of Quito down to Coca, located in the Amazon Basin. Afterward, you will take a river canoe for a journey of about two hours on the Napo River, a tributary of the Amazon. It’s a very scenic journey and you’ll want your cameras!
After arriving at the pier, there is a short walk through the jungle until we reach a wide creek where a smaller, hand-paddled canoe will be waiting to take you across Garzacocha Lagoon to the Lodge.
