Hi Paola,

Sylvain and I would like to thank you for all the work you did for us to create the perfect holiday for us. We got back home last Sunday and we loved our entire trip.

The weather was perfect- rained only once one afternoon.

Our guide in Quito was very good and we enjoyed our time there- there was a shooting across the street from Le Parc the first night though and even though it was a beautiful hotel. The Galapagos were amazing-we got to see all the animals we wanted to see ( including penguins which were at the top of our wish list) and thanks to you we saw all the islands that we wanted to see the most. We snorkelled twice a day and the snorkelling was awesome!

The cruise was great, the boat was nice and food was great and most importantly the naturalists on the boat were fantastic (especially Martin)!

Cusco was amazing-our guide was great there as well as all of them were-we did have some problems with the altitude however-Pam Kline was quite ill for much of the trip. Urubamba was wonderful too and the Sol Y Luna was the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in-wish he had more time there!

Machu Picchu was absolutely awesome-the train ride was spectacular-the scenery was breathtaking and the Sumaq hotel was wonderful too-fantastic food and service!

We had a wonderful holiday and will certainly recommend you and your company to friends and family!

Thank you once again for all the work you did in making this such a fantastic trip for us!
