We wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had on our trip.
Everything worked like clockwork and the Majestic crew, boat and guide were wonderful.
Thank you for all your work in arranging our Trip of a Lifetime!

PS. Achiote was the perfect spot - great food and a short walk from the hotel. Thanks for the recommendation.
My recent trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos on the Majestic with the Matheson group, lived up to every expectation. I am very pleased with the service of the crew and knowledge of our naturalist guide. The enthusiasm of our captain on siting the Mola mola fish was as great as ours. It is my pleasure to recommend your company to my friends.
I just wanted to touch base and let you know that Craig and I (part of the Matheson party), had an unforgettable, and magical time on the trip you planned for us.
We knew we were going to see amazing things, but our experience far exceeded our expectations, beyond our imaginations. This was only possible thanks to your help, the amazing itinerary Galapagos Travel Center created, our amazing guides, and the stellar crew. Thank You!
I wanted to personally let you know that the boat crew in particular made the trip. They were personable, fun, friendly, flexible, and incredibly hard working. Please let Eduardo, David, Miguel, Herman, Pablo, Jesus, Jimmy, Jeovani, and Otto know that without them, the trip would not be the same. Never, in all my travels diving around the world on live-aboard boats have I had such a wonderful crew. We absolutely fell in love with all of them. Thank You!
I've made a video of some of the underwater life we saw...and there is a dedicated thank you to Galapagos Travel and our crew at the end. Please feel free to share this with whoever may be interested.

Thank you again, Rosa!
Hi Lilian, I hope you are doing great. I wanted to let you know we had a fantastic experience on the trip! Every single aspect was perfect and the ship and the crew on the Majestic were fantastic. The Captain, each crew member and James, our naturalist, were extraordinary. The trip was a near perfect as it could be and we both want to thank you for the arrangements.
We both hope your holidays are filled with peace and blessings!
I want to give you some feedback of the cruise:
Excellent – we have been cared from airport in Guayaquil to the end of the journey in San Christobal airport. Nice ship, friendly helpful crew, very good guide and of course an outstanding nature. Enjoyed the time a lot – worth every Dollar. Thanks a lot for your help getting all organized in case we talked only by email. I will definitely recommend you!
Veronica: Thanks for your help. The hotel was great, clean, good breakfast, great location. Cruise was great, helpful staff, amazing food at every meal, and after every excursion there were great snacks. Galapagos were amazing. A highlight was the buzzard goodbye dance that we happened on. The wild life exceeded our expectations. Lots of tortoises, seals, boobies, flamingos, iguanas.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in the Galapagos Islands, and aboard the Majestic boat.
It would be impossible not to enjoy the islands, as there is nowhere else like them, but the trip was made even better, aboard the Majestic. The crew were wonderful, especially our naturalist guide, Peter, who was extremely knowledgeable.
We will definitely be recommending to friends!
We had an amazing time on the trip, from the start everything was very well organized - the pick up from he hotel - the check in at Quito airport - meeting at San Cristobal - all excellently organized. Our naturalist/guide James was wonderful, very knowledgeable and good at explaining everything - and a lot of fun too! The Majestic was an excellent vessel, comfortable and very clean. The crew were very friendly and helpful, the food was also excellent. My one suggestion would be that after dinner there should be a dedicated bar tender so that guests can socialize and enjoy an after dinner drink. This was not possible as all the crew either went to bed or were busy running the vessel. The itinerary was great for us, not too strenuous, but exciting - the snorkeling was excellent and the sharks - OMG! The slight delay in our return flight meant that we had time to see the giant tortoises on Santa Cruz with Alexandra which was a real bonus!

The Galapagos cruise was absolutely incredible. The crew was spectacular, the boat clean and the food excellent. James, the naturalist was personable and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient as we had several older people on the trip. I would definitely give this cruise a 5 star rating. We had the time of our lives. The staff that moved us from the hotel to the airport was excellent.
I found your group easy to work with and helpful in making the arrangements also.
Our trip was fantastic!
The food was amazing, the chef should write a cookbook, I have been trying to recreate his recipes!
The staff of the Majestic went above and beyond catering to everyone's needs. There was a difficult person on board, and they really tried hard to please her. Everyone I met was super happy with the crew and food and just all of the wonderful things we saw and did.
We loved all of our guide Peter's information, and he really has a great personality. I really want to do the second itinerary and will start saving for that.
Thank you again for helping us with this trip of a lifetime!

just returned from Equador and Galapagos and wanted to let you know it was fantastic and everything went smoothly with no problems at all! Thanks again for all your help organizing the trip. I will gladlly recommend you to anyone I know wishing to visit your country.
Now that we are home and I have just about caught up with all the urgent stuff that piled up while we were away, I wanted to thank you for organising the Galapagos trip for us. The Islands are wonderful and the ship was very good; we very much enjoyed it.
We spent a few days after the Galapagos bird watching from Casa Divina Lodge in Mindo. In case you are asked by other visitors, I can thoroughly recommend this lodge; great rooms, clean and good food, and Ephrain who is the birding guide there is the best I have come across anywhere.
The guide you supplied for our sightseeing on our last day in Quito was OK but his English could be better and he has quite an accent which made him hard to understand sometimes. However it's a fine city with some wonderful churches.
All the best for the future,
We pulled into port last night after an amazing week!
We had an incredible tour of Galapagos, of course. But, this trip would have been far less without the wonderful crew and guide. Please pass onto the appropriate people, our commendations for Captain Marcello and all his crew. They did not just do their jobs, they were part of a "family" with us together. They were all terrific people and we would go with them again in an instant - even in a row boat!
Our guide, Jose Valdivieso, was an inspiring young man. He taught us a lot, but his passion for his work, the Galapagos and his passengers will long be remembered.
Thank you as well for all your arranging and coordination of activities. Everything happened as was expected with no issues anywhere. We hope to have the opportunity to come to Ecuador again, and you will be the first call.

All the arrangements that were made by you with regard to delivery of documents, meetings at Quito airport, airline bookings and yacht arrangements, were just as you said they would be,and very impressive. Will certainly recommend your agency, and particularly yourself, to friends who wish to make the Galapagos trip (and possibly other tours to South America). Will also give your details to our usual travel agent who was at a bit of a loss as to how to arrange trips to Ecuador and Galapagos. Thank you for your help and professionalism.
